How much does it cost to rent a mobile golf simulator?
Our standard 3-hour event starts at $750 flat rate. That includes full setup, two team members on-site, all the gameplay, and breakdown. Additional hours are $150 each, and club rentals are $50 if your guests don't bring their own. For larger or longer events, we provide custom quotes.

How much space do I need?
Our Pro Setup needs about 12 feet wide by 10 feet deep, with at least 9 feet of ceiling height. Most bars, breweries, restaurants, and event spaces have plenty of room. If you're unsure, send us a photo of your space and we'll confirm before booking.

Do you work indoors and outdoors?
Yes, both. Most of our events are indoors, but we also do outdoor weddings, festivals, and corporate gatherings. For outdoor events we have shaded setups available — just let us know during booking and we'll plan for weather and lighting.

What if my guests don't play golf?
Honestly, those are often our favorite events. Our mini-games — Closest to the Pin, Target Practice, Longest Drive — are fun for total beginners. We've seen people who've never picked up a club end up running the leaderboard. The Lead Caddy guides every guest through it.

How far do you travel for events?
We serve all of Massachusetts as our standard service area. For events further out — including New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Connecticut — we provide custom quotes that include travel time. Just send us your event location and we'll get back to you with options.

How early should I book?
Two to four weeks out is ideal, especially for weekends and weddings. We can sometimes accommodate same-week bookings, but our calendar fills up — the sooner you reach out, the better. Send us your date and we'll confirm availability within 24 hours.
