1. What is Birdie Express?

Birdie Express provides fully mobile golf simulators that bring the experience of a golf course to any venue. Whether it’s a brewery, restaurant, or corporate event, we deliver a fun, interactive golf experience indoors, allowing people to enjoy the sport year-round, even in the winter months.


2. How does the mobile golf simulator work?

Our simulators are portable and set up at your venue. We bring all the necessary equipment, including the simulator, golf clubs, software, and screens. The system allows players to hit real golf balls into virtual courses, with accurate simulations based on their swing data.


3. What kind of venues do you work with?

We partner with breweries, restaurants, event spaces, and corporate venues. Any location with enough space for our setup can enjoy the fun of an indoor golf simulator.


4. How much space do I need to host a simulator?

The ideal space for our simulator setup is around 12’ x 8’ with a clear ceiling height of at least 9 feet. We can discuss your venue’s dimensions and tailor the setup to fit.


5. Can I book a simulator for a private event?

Yes! We offer event bookings for all kinds of gatherings. Whether it's a corporate event, a private party, or a special celebration, we can tailor our services to your needs. You can book the simulator by the hour or for the entire day.


6. How long does it take to set up and tear down?

Setup typically takes about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on the venue’s space and access. Tear down takes approximately 30 minutes. We handle all logistics so you can focus on your guests.


7. What’s included in the rental?

Our rental includes the golf simulator, software, clubs, balls, and everything necessary for setup and operation. A staff member will also be on-site to ensure smooth operation and answer any questions during your event.


8. Do you offer packages for events?

Yes, we offer different packages based on the type of event and duration. For example, we have corporate packages, event packages with tournament-style competitions, and hourly rental options.


9. Can I add extras to my rental?

Absolutely! We offer add-ons like photography and video services, extended hours, custom branding, and even tournament facilitation with a caddy for extra fun and engagement.


10. What are the prices for booking a simulator?

Prices vary depending on the duration, type of event, and additional services. Contact us for a personalized quote based on your specific needs.


11. How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially for weekends or during peak seasons. However, we may be able to accommodate shorter notice, depending on availability.


12. What if we need to cancel or reschedule?

We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made within 72 hours will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a small fee depending on the circumstances. Rescheduling is available with no additional fee if we are notified at least 72 hours in advance.

13. What software and equipment do you use?

We use Skytrak+ for our simulator software, providing an accurate and immersive golfing experience. Our setup features a Country Club Elite golf mat for a realistic feel, a high-definition projector for crisp visuals, and an inflatable hitting bay measuring 12' wide, 6' deep, and 8.5' high. Everything is designed to deliver a premium golf simulation experience!

14. Do you provide insurance or liability coverage?

Yes, we provide insurance for our equipment. However, we recommend that your venue or event have its own liability coverage for the event itself, just to be safe.
